This web site is endorsed by Grandmaster Yau (the keeper of the Lau Gar Style) and the Lau Gar Guardians.
Grandmaster Yau first brought the style to the United Kingdom in 1961 and subsequently established The British Kung Fu Association in 1973.
Lau Gar has become one of the most well known and successful styles in the UK.
