Course Objectives

Improve your Lau Gar skills and understanding, enhance your fitness, health and well-being, and meet friends old and new.

Highlights:

· The training programme includes over 30 hours of Lau Gar personal development, exploring new techniques and refining core syllabus essentials.

· Enjoy the fun, challenge and motivation of our group training experience.

· Suitable for beginners through to higher grades, our experienced coaches will help you achieve your training goals.

· Intensive training ensures beginners through to Orange sash will qualify for an automatic upgrade on completion.

· Social activities to meet and relax with Lau Gar friends.
