The Lau Gar Birmingham Class has been in existence for over 40 years and instructors from all over the UK have travelled to Birmingham to train under the guidance of Master Russell and Grandmaster Yau.

The class is open to BLACK AND BROWN SASHES ONLY (all degree grades) of the BKFA and is led by Master Russell and Grandmaster Yau is there most weeks.

Simply turn up and train, no appointment is needed.
